23 – Abstract Expressionism

“23 – Abstract Expressionism,” is an original, one-off work by the artist.

“23 – Abstract Expressionism,” explores the feelings that I associate with complete abstractionism, I just let my emotions flow with the paint, each stroke of the brush feeds the emotion for the next and so on. It is an exploration of abstractionism and painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

I like using acrylics as the colours blend so well together.

“23 – Abstract Expressionism,” is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand stretched onto a frame is 92 cm in height by 215 cm in width. The work has been REMOVED FROM THE STRETCHER. It is more cost effective to have the work REMOUNTED than pay expensive shipping prices. Please note, that any framer will easily mount this work for much less than the added shipping.

This work was created in November 2017.

In my paintings, I use the finest quality professional acrylic paints and gallery canvas. The painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.

A Certificate of Authenticity with hologram – verification is attached to the image.

Shipping costs for this work internationally can be prohibitively expensive and so the canvas is taken off the stretchers and rolled up and shipped in a tube. This provides reduced shipping rates, avoiding heavy shipping costs. However, the buyer would need to have the canvases remounted. This is always cheaper than paying excessive shipping fees on an artwork. However, bear in mind that all customs duty and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
