The Other Place – Abstract Expressionism

Usually I paint with bright colours but at the moment I am exploring the other room. “The Other Place – Abstract Expressionism.” The room in my mind where colours become black and white textures and the results are organic and flowing. The work is in the style of abstract expressionism.

“The Other Place – Abstract Expressionism,” artwork is painted on professional-grade canvas stretched and sealed with varnish. The canvas has dimensions 213.4 cm in width by 91.3 cm in height. The painting wraps around the sides of the stretcher, so the sides are painted in the same style as the surface. As such it does not need a frame.

“The Other Place – Abstract Expressionism,”  was created on the 9th day of March 2023.

A Certificate of Authenticity with hologram – verification is attached to “The Other Place – Abstract Expressionism.”

The photos, where the painting is shown mounted on a wall, are purely for illustrative purposes. You should review the dimension of the artwork to be sure the work suits your needs. For paintings that do not come with a frame, you can add a frame of your choosing. In that case, it will add to the overall dimensions.

If you are an Australian buyer you will get the stretched canvas ready to hang. However, if you are an international buyer, you will receive the painting rolled up in a tube. You will need to have the work stretched onto a stretcher at your local framing store. This is usually inexpensive and stretching instructions comes with the painting.

Shipping costs for this work internationally can be prohibitively expensive and so the canvas is taken off the stretchers and rolled up and shipped in a tube. This provides reduced shipping rates, avoiding heavy shipping costs. However, the buyer would need to have the canvases remounted. This is always cheaper than paying excessive shipping fees on an artwork. However, bear in mind that all customs duty and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping within Australia is free and comes ready to hang.
