“Alien Species Redux – Abstract Expressionism,” was inspired by two small artworks I did in Japan in 1989: Alien Species and Alien Species II. This is a much larger work but is painted in the same style of these earlier works. This work is painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

Shipping costs for this work internationally can be prohibitively expensive and so the canvas is taken off the stretchers and rolled up and shipped in a tube.
